Privacy policy

How United Prompt Solutions handles personal information submitted through this website.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, organisation, location and message. We also record a one-way hash of your IP address to protect the forms from spam. We don't store your IP address itself.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry and to provide quotes and services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them for these purposes.

Storage and disclosure

Submissions are stored securely with our database and hosting providers. We don't sell or rent personal information. We only share it with service providers who help us operate the website and respond to you, or where required by law.

Your rights

We handle personal information in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. You have the right to access, correct or delete your information, and to object to how we use it. To exercise these rights, contact us at m.pasha@unitedpromptsolutions.co.uk or call 07404 511285. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
